For employees who are enrolled in Pelican HSA 775, this isn't covered under this benefit. Will these employees be given the opportunity outside of open enrollment to make a change to their coverage if they want this free benefit?

will medical history be available to Access provider and updated so that primary care doctor will know any treatments given. Basically a consolidated medical history record.

Are you aware of any clinics from Lafourche Parish participating. The closest I see is in Houma which isn't feasible for time.
"Higher level of care" definition was a little unclear. The definition is "something chronic", yes? The broken wrist/hand example with ortho referral (not chronic) contained copy and deductible costs, yes? If both are true, logical conflict. Please clarify or redefine or refer us to a document with criteria.

Why was the Pelican 775 plan not included?
So Access Health Clinics are fully staffed facilities, not like some of the Urgent Care's out there that are only staffed by Physician Assistants' with no doctors on site
